This project was the first Design & Build proposal in which HYLA worked in association with Atelier Group Architects (AGA) who had secured the commission. HYLA and AGA jointly collaborated on the design development, documentation and contract administration. The site layout is clear and simple enabling easy orientation for residents and visitors. The project was handed over to HDB in early 1998.
